Direct Screen Printing
The print is screened directly onto the mug by machine.
It's quick, efficient and most cost effective way to decorate. It's ideal for line and solid work, with good pantone colour matching, but does have limitations when half toning is required. Dishwasher safe.
Four colour Process
Using ceramic inks through fine mesh screening onto ceramic transfer paper, you are able to produce high quality images.
These can be transferred to any shape (mug, plate, bowl etc) and then fused to the glaze to ensure that the item is dishwasher safe
Dye Sublimation
Exceptional photographic reproduction.
Each mug has a clear organic coating sprayed onto it's exterior. The print then sublimates into the coating to produce a high quality gloss finish.
Screen Printed Transfers
This method is for application of a design into areas that screen-printing excludes. For instance a logo can be applied inside the mug base or rim, or on the outside as a backstamp. Even on the handle.
Fine lines can be achieved, as can tones and tightly registered designs, with both precision and control.
Gliding & Flashing
A precious metal glided rim or handle flash can be applied to almost any style of mug for a perfect finishing touch.
